Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees
Assemble all the ingredients.
Peel and mash the bananas into a large mixing bowl using a potato masher or fork.
Add all the ingredients into the bowl and thoroughly mix.
Smooth the mixed ingredients and let sit for 20 minutes. Meanwhile place a sheet of parchment paper on a flat baking dish .
Using a small ice cream scoop or a spoon create small fastballs of the mixture that are about 1 inch (2.5 cm) in diameter. Place these on the baking dish. The mixture should provide about 30 fastballs
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove and cool.
