  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 stalks finely chopped celery
  • 1 head finely chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup red onion - chopped
  • 2 cups filtered water or vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper or to taste
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast optional

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats organic, gluten free
  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 2/3 cup buckwheat
  • 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Baking Flour
  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 2/3 cup cooked kidney beans
  • 2/3 cup carrot slices
  • 1/2 cup tempeh or baked tofu cubes
