  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup brazil nuts
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp healthy spice mix (refer to our Healthy Spice Mix recipe)


  • Using a food processor, combine all the ingredients, making sure that the nuts are finely ground.
  • The Vegan Parmesan Bits are is now ready to use with your favorite recipe. For future use, refrigerate the mixture in a jar with a lid on it.
