Vegan Parmesan Bits
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup brazil nuts
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp healthy spice mix (refer to our Healthy Spice Mix recipe)
- Using a food processor, combine all the ingredients, making sure that the nuts are finely ground.
- The Vegan Parmesan Bits are is now ready to use with your favorite recipe. For future use, refrigerate the mixture in a jar with a lid on it.
